FAQ
Godin House FAQ (group size, a room for older guests, manual mahjong, walking times)
Answers on group size, cooking limits, stairs and getting around.
How many guests can book Godin House?
Can we cook at Godin House?
The house has a sink, a double-door fridge, a microwave and an RO water dispenser: fine for simple food prep and heating up late-night snacks, but there is no kitchen for real cooking. For an island kitchen and full cooking equipment, look at Hello House.
Does Godin House have a mahjong table?
Yes. The 4F lounge has a manual mahjong table, board games, a sofa and a smart TV, so the whole group can get together on one floor in the evening.
Is there an elevator? Does it suit older guests?
Godin House has no elevator; you move between the five floors by stairs. With older guests, we suggest giving them the 1F double room so they climb as little as possible.
How long is the walk to Pier-2 and the MRT?
About 7 minutes on foot to Yanchengpu MRT Station, 8 minutes to Wenwu Temple light rail station, 20 minutes to the Great Harbor Bridge (about 1.5 km) and 13 minutes to Pier-2 Art Center; convenience stores and local food are 1 to 3 minutes away.
What if our group is bigger than 12?
