Public street parking
Around Dagong Rd, Qixian 3rd Rd and Fuye Rd
Dagong Road and Qixian 3rd Road around the lane entrance have public metered spaces; if one is free when you arrive, take it.
Both houses are on Lane 70, Dagong Road, in Yancheng, Kaohsiung. Cars cannot reach the door in this old lane: if you drive, unload at the lane entrance and then park; taxis drop you at the lane entrance; by MRT the houses are about 7 minutes on foot from Yanchengpu Station.
In this order, nobody carries luggage far and nobody circles the lanes:
Look first for public street spaces on Dagong Road and Qixian 3rd Road; if they are full, use a nearby underground or multi-story car park (6 car parks are listed below, each with navigation).
Once parked, go along Dagong Road into Lane 70 and enter the door code we send you on LINE.
These 6 car parks are the closest to the houses; tap Open in Google Maps to set off:

The 6 questions we hear most before setting off and on arrival:
No. Hello House and Godin House are both in a traditional Yancheng lane (Lane 70, Dagong Road). The lane is too narrow for cars to reach the door, and there are no private parking spaces. Drive to the entrance of Lane 70, Dagong Road first so your family, friends and big luggage can get out; the driver then parks at a nearby car park and comes to the house on foot.
1. Street spaces: Dagong Road, Qixian 3rd Road and Fuye Road all have public metered spaces; if one is free, take it. 2. Indoors: the underground car park of the Kaohsiung International Convention Center (ICCK), about 5 minutes from the house on foot, out of the sun and rain. 3. Lots of spaces: the Yancheng multi-story car park (No. 10, Daren Road), about 7 minutes from the house on foot.
Yes. The Yancheng multi-story car park at No. 10, Daren Road has EV chargers and is about 7 minutes from the house on foot. Check a charging app before you set off to see whether a charger is free.
No, we don't offer this. Check-in is from 16:00; before then the house is being cleaned and the host does not open it for luggage. If you reach Kaohsiung early, leave your bags in the paid lockers at Yanchengpu MRT Station (about a 7-minute walk), on B1 near Exits 1 and 2, where large lockers fit big suitcases for about NT$20 per hour. Groups with many bags can use Formosa Boulevard Station, where you change lines; it has the most lockers. Numbers and prices are as posted at the station.
We cannot keep luggage after check-out (the whole house is disinfected and prepared for the next guests). Paid lockers at Yanchengpu MRT Station (O2) or Formosa Boulevard MRT Station are a good option; then enjoy Yancheng and Pier-2 without your bags.
